Each person's journey is unique. I offer support across a range of concerns, always adapting to what serves you best.
Frequent worry or panic attacks can be exhausting, making it difficult for us to enjoy our day to day lives. We'll explore the roots of your stress responses and develop practical tools for finding calm amidst life's demands. This includes techniques for managing overwhelming thoughts, physical sensations, and the spiral of overthinking.
Bipolar disorder brings periods of extreme highs and lows, which can feel overwhelming and disruptive. We'll work together to increase awareness of patterns, help you identify early signs, and develop practical tools for navigating these experiences with greater stability and self-compassion.
When exhaustion becomes chronic and passion fades, it's time to reassess. Together, we'll examine the patterns and beliefs driving burnout, establish healthier boundaries, and rediscover sustainable ways of engaging with work and life.
Together, we'll gently explore what's contributing to low mood, reconnect with sources of meaning and pleasure, and build sustainable practices that support emotional wellbeing.
Grief takes many forms—the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a dream, or a sense of identity. There's no timeline for healing. I offer a gentle space to honor your experience, process emotions, and find a path forward that keeps what matters close.
Trouble parting with items can negatively impact relationships and make it difficult to function at home. I offer compassionate, judgment-free support to help you create a living space that feels right for you, at a pace you're comfortable with.
Whether welcomed or desired, change can be difficult. Career shifts, becoming a parent, navigating divorce, or a new health diagnosis can lead to feeling unsettled or unsure. I can help you navigate life's transitions and find balance.
Avoidance of people, places, or things can keep us from living our best lives. We'll work together to gradually reduce fear and increase coping skills in a safe space, helping you to build confidence and regain control over your life.
Understanding how early experiences shape our patterns in relationships. Whether you're struggling with intimacy, communication, trust, or finding yourself in recurring unhealthy patterns, we'll work to create healthier ways of connecting with others and yourself.
Living with psychosis can be isolating and stigma often makes it harder to seek support. I offer a safe, respectful space where your experiences are taken seriously. Together, we can work on building coping strategies, strengthening your support network, and pursuing the goals that matter most to you. Recovery is personal, and I'm here to walk alongside you.
Exploring questions of who you are and who you want to become. We'll work through self-criticism, perfectionism, and limiting beliefs to cultivate a more compassionate and authentic relationship with yourself.
Survivors of trauma often feel misunderstood and disconnected from their lives and the people they care about. Using evidence-based approaches, we'll work at your pace to process difficult experiences, reduce symptoms, and rebuild a sense of safety and wholeness.
I look forward to hearing from you
